After more than 40 years, the property required a thoughtful and strategic update to meet contemporary needs. The project created a modern, energy-efficient home for current owners. The clients were a young couple who wanted a distinct change from their traditional townhouse in Islington. They sought an architecturally interesting property in a quiet location with commuting access to the city.
