The property will offer ten guest rooms and is undergoing a complete renovation. The Selvedge represents an expansion of SingleThread’s hospitality operations in partnership with Vertice Hospitality Management. The project is led by co-owner and CEO Tony Greenberg alongside the Connaughtons. Kyle will serve as chief culinary officer. The inn occupies a site with local history dating to the Simi house and the 1904 Healdsburg Floral Festival. The opening is expected in late 2026.
