More details revealed about 'major transformation' of Romford town centre pub
Briefly

Yates pub, located in South Street, Romford, is set to close for a two-week refurbishment starting June 15, with a rebranding to The Crowning Angel upon reopening on July 2. The new design will include stylish furnishings, advanced lighting, and a sports zone featuring pool tables and dartboards. General manager Eliza Griva Alloway described the refurbishment as a major transformation for the local nightlife scene. Farewell parties are scheduled for June 13 and 14, along with a soft launch on July 4 and grand opening on July 5.
"This Sunday marks the final day of trading for Yates Romford as we currently know it. After decades as a cornerstone of the local high street and nightlife, the venue will be closing its doors for a two-week refurbishment but it's far from the end."
