A family house originally built at the beginning of the 20th century sits on the edge of a rocky slope above the Sazava River. The client's assignment calls for expanding the existing house to provide additional space. In 2010 the building underwent a major renovation and an extension of the hanging part toward the garden. Despite those interventions, the house gradually proved too small for current needs.
