The 160-square-meter refurbishment was completed in 2025 and involved collaboration between Coil Kazuteru Matumura Architects and 15 Architects. The project incorporated products from numerous manufacturers including LIXIL, WOODONE, and various Japanese ceramic and tile specialists, reflecting a commitment to quality materials and local craftsmanship in the renovation.
