The tower is strategically positioned on the edge of a green strip and provides comprehensive workspace solutions including offices, conference facilities, and a restaurant. Designed by Tian Fangfang + 14 Design Team, the project serves Kingdee, a globally recognized provider of enterprise management cloud services. The development involved collaboration among multiple specialized firms including structural engineers, facade systems specialists, landscape architects, and lighting designers, with CSCEC serving as the general contractor.
