Jiuguo Courtyard Inn, located in the picturesque area of Tianjin City Concession, is designed as a youth hotel emphasizing historical architecture. The existing structure primarily consists of masonry and timber roofing, reflecting a combination of colonial style and local building materials. Due to its location on the inner side of the street, the design focuses on enhancing the entrance and courtyard features while adopting a 'patchwork' strategy that respects and preserves the original building, minimizing alterations.
Jiuguo Courtyard Inn is situated in Tianjin City Concession, featuring a blend of colonial architecture and local materials. The youth hotel retains the original masonry and timber roof, reflecting historical significance.
