Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Find a Buyer for Their $19 Million Beverly Hills Home
Briefly

Amid their divorce, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have a buyer for their Beverly Hills home, listed for $18.995 million. Purchased in 2017 for $9.9 million, the couple extensively renovated the property to suit their family needs with a spacious layout and modern amenities. Designed by AD100 firm Clements Design, the home features reclaimed materials and luxurious spaces, including a gym and resort-style pool. The residence entered into contract two months post-listing, reflecting the couple's focus on their children's upbringing during their time there.
To transform it into what would eventually become their "dream house," the couple tapped Kathleen and Tommy Clements of AD100 firm Clements Design. They took the house down to the studs to rework the floor plan into a more open, family-friendly flow. The final product features organic materials including reclaimed wood, natural fibers, and marble, taking 18 months of renovation.
Alba and Warren, who met on the Fantastic Four set in 2004 and share three children, bought the traditional-style dwelling in 2017 for $9.9 million, seeking a spacious home with a nice backyard.
