"Our urban landscapes are undergoing a rapid transformation, pressured by burgeoning populations and increasing demands on city infrastructure. To address these escalating challenges, urban planners continually revise zoning regulations. In Delhi, for instance, a significant regulatory change introduced mandatory stilt parking on small urban lots with four habitable floors above. Gurugram, a satellite city, subsequently adopted similar amendments. A key distinction, however, lies in the underlying demand: Delhi's housing demand is genuine, whereas Gurugram's is largely speculative, evidenced by numerous vacant lots across its neighborhoods."

Urban landscapes are undergoing rapid transformation due to burgeoning populations and increasing infrastructure demands. Urban planners revise zoning regulations to address these challenges. A regulatory change in Delhi introduced mandatory stilt parking on small urban lots with four habitable floors above. Gurugram adopted similar amendments despite a largely speculative local housing market. Delhi's housing demand remains genuine, while Gurugram shows numerous vacant lots that indicate speculative development. The project occupies an area of 540 m and reached completion in 2025. The project involved manufacturers such as Chaitanya Solar, International Glazing Technologies, and Kohler, and was led by Harsh Vardhan Jain and Saurabh Jain.
