Camellia is a mixed-use residential and commercial complex of six two-bedroom houses plus a commercial area on a 600 sqm plot north of central Villa Allende. The total project area is 430 m and completion year is 2021. Each housing unit measures 65 sqm across two floors: upper floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom; ground floor contains social area, kitchen, living room, toilet and expands to front and rear courtyards. The location benefits from proximity to service infrastructure and shops within a renewing, predominantly residential neighborhood. Pablo Lorenzo led the project with a multidisciplinary design team and photography by Gonzalo Viramonte.
