The project inserts ensuite suites within traditional rural pircas typical of Cordoba's mountain landscape. The stone walls function as enclosure and limit a defined piece of land for hospitality use. The intervention adapts the former summer residence of Argentine president J.A. Roca into hotel expansion. The design team includes Milagros Sanchez Azcona and lead team members Joaquin Alarcia and Federico Ferrer Deheza. Blas Spina handled landscape architecture and German Sarboraria managed civil engineering. BONNART with Federico Monjo acted as general contractor. The approach emphasizes vernacular masonry, site-specific containment, and minimal alteration of the historic setting.
