Neil Gaiman is suing Caroline Wallner for over $500,000, alleging she violated a nondisclosure agreement by sharing her allegations of sexual misconduct against him. Wallner claimed Gaiman pressured her for sex while she was working as a caretaker on his property. Gaiman previously paid Wallner $275,000 in a settlement to prevent her from disclosing her experiences. His recent claim includes a demand for repayment of the settlement and additional damages for media interviews. Wallner's lawyer noted that it is uncommon for alleged abusers to sue for NDA violations, raising questions about Gaiman's motives.
