Israel ranks among the top 10 arms-exporting countries globally. The revenue increase occurred amid a South Africa genocide case at the ICJ and ICC arrest warrants for Israeli leaders. Critics say weapons are marketed as battle-tested and that many buyer countries are aware of alleged illegality. Palestinians in Gaza reported civilian deaths from attacks using Israeli weaponry.
