Trump suggested he had tentatively decided to sell Tomahawks to NATO countries for transfer to Ukraine. Russia launched a massive drone and missile attack that damaged energy infrastructure and caused blackouts in Kyiv and elsewhere. Zelensky thanked Trump for willingness to support Ukraine and said they discussed concrete agreements to strengthen air defences. Ukrainian commanders warned of increased Russian aerial attacks and said air defences are about 74% effective but need reinforcement to protect critical infrastructure.
