Additional attacks were reported in Dnipro and Nikopol. Ukrainian-linked drone strikes reportedly hit the Shatura Power Station in the Moscow region, causing a major fire and heating outages. Advisors from the United States, Germany, France and the United Kingdom are meeting in Switzerland while officials call for accelerated delivery and deployment of air defense systems and missiles.
