Putin thanked North Korea's Kim Jong Un for support in the fight against Ukraine, and Kim said North Korea was willing to help Russia with "everything." NATO's chief expects a swift agreement on Ukraine security guarantees. US President Donald Trump said he is "very disappointed" with Putin. Leaders in a coalition working on security guarantees might invite Trump to join a hybrid call.
