Ukrainian delegates met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and special envoy Steve Witkoff in Florida as part of US efforts to end Russia's war. The talks lasted more than four hours and were described as productive, though more work remains to broker a peace agreement. Discussions focused on both an immediate ceasefire and long-term prosperity for Ukraine. Steve Witkoff plans to travel to Moscow later in the week, and US officials say they have some understanding of Russian views. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will travel to Paris for talks with French leadership. Kazakhstan criticized Ukraine's use of sea drones against a Black Sea oil terminal.
