The SDF denied deploying military forces to the Deir Hafer front and described gatherings as civilians receiving the wounded from Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh. Syrian government forces conducted security sweeps to remove explosives and weapons as displaced residents began returning to inspect damage in Ashrafieh.
