Government-aligned Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) intercepted drones on Thursday with no reported damage. Witnesses reported hearing two drones around 4am followed by explosions. Both sides have increased use of drones to target facilities and army bases across Khartoum. The military retook the capital in March but needed months to repair the airport. The war has killed tens of thousands, displaced about 12 million, and left 30 million needing humanitarian aid.
