Washington and Seoul reached a broad trade agreement covering investment and shipbuilding, with South Korea offering $200bn in cash investment and $150bn in shipbuilding cooperation. Lee's aide Kim Yong-beom said details of tariff negotiations were agreed. Trump told reporters a deal had been reached but gave few specifics. The trip's focus included Trump's first face-to-face meeting of his second term with Xi Jinping in Gyeongju. The crown was a replica of one from the Silla kingdom and Trump received the Grand Order of Mugunghwa.
