Several dead, missing, as Typhoon Bualoi makes landfall in Vietnam

Reported death tolls vary, with at least two confirmed fatalities and other reports indicating up to nine deaths, including collapses and flood-related incidents. Several people remain missing, with fishing crews and small groups reported adrift or out of contact in multiple provinces.
