High winds shattered sliding doors, destroyed a balcony and porch, and scattered debris and smashed glass throughout the house. Security personnel urged the crew to move quickly as they navigated down stairs to avoid glass and other hazards. Correspondent Robert Ray toured the damaged rooms and described the unraveling of the space while audible hissing and roaring winds came through openings. The team posted a behind-the-scenes video and continued live coverage of the storm's impacts.
