The prosecution alleges he raped, strangled and assaulted her, struck her face and answered a FaceTime call from Barron Trump during the alleged beating, turning the screen to the crying woman. Rumiantsev acknowledged some jealousy and said the woman was leading Barron on; he denied intentionally hitting her.
