Putin-Xi-Modi Bromance on Full Display during China Summit
Briefly

Vladimir Putin spent the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Tianjin reinforcing relationships with China and India instead of responding to a US deadline for peace talks on Ukraine. The gathering focused on regional stability, bilateral trade and energy cooperation. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi described Russia-India relations as special and privileged, clasped Putin's hand warmly and urged him to end the war to establish lasting peace. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended and exchanged cordial interaction with the two leaders. The Kremlin showed no sign of engaging in peace talks despite threats of consequences from former US President Donald Trump. Macron warned that missing the deadline would mean Putin outmaneuvered Trump.
