Israel returned 15 Palestinian remains, and militants returned the remains of an Israeli hostage identified as Lior Rudaeff. For each Israeli hostage returned, Israel has released the remains of 15 Palestinians. Limited DNA resources hinder identification and unidentified remains will be buried in batches. Settler violence in the West Bank has increased amid the olive harvest.
