An attack on a media tent outside Gaza City's al-Shifa Hospital on August 10 killed Al Jazeera reporter Anas al-Sharif, several colleagues and other media staff. An early September strike on a Yemeni newspaper office killed 13 staff at the 26 September newspaper.
