Soon to be 29, he was a middle-of-the-rotation starter for the Baltimore Orioles in 2025, throwing at least 171 innings in two of the past three seasons and posting a 4.19 ERA across 31 games (29 starts). Kremer helped Israel qualify for the 2017 WBC, appeared on the 2017 and 2023 rosters, and will join teammates including Harrison Bader. Israel will play Pool D in Miami in March alongside Venezuela, Nicaragua, the Netherlands, and the Dominican Republic.
