There's no sense that Israel has done anything wrong or that anyone should be held to account. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir proposed legislation to execute anyone who kills Israelis for racist motives and with aims described as harming the State and the revival of the Jewish people; that bill passed its first reading. Media attitudes have hardened with little external accountability.
