The panel of 11 judges found Israel has not substantiated accusations that UNRWA staff are Hamas members and said Israel must agree to and facilitate UN-provided relief schemes, including UNRWA. US Vice President Vance met Prime Minister Netanyahu to discuss security and post-war Gaza plans, and bodies of 30 Palestinians were returned.
