A young man was shot and wounded by Israeli forces in the town of ar-Ram in the occupied West Bank. Flooding in Gaza from the storm has exposed additional damaged shelters and compromised living spaces. The flooding also revealed a drainage system that no longer works, exacerbating displacement and shelter insecurity.
