At least four people were killed and around 15 wounded in a shooting at Ramot Junction in Jerusalem. Magen David Adom reported that at 10:13 am (0713 GMT) authorities received reports of approximately 15 injured, apparently from gunfire, on Yigal Yadin Street. Police said two attackers were neutralized shortly after the shooting began and local media reported two attackers entered a bus and opened fire. Spain announced a ban on Israel-bound ships and planes carrying weapons and fuel to pressure Prime Minister Netanyahu. Israel's High Court said the government failed to provide Palestinian prisoners enough food, and the US issued a last warning to Hamas as Israel continued its Gaza offensive.
