Settlers carried out 766 attacks and expanded settlements illegally, aiming to displace indigenous Palestinians and enforce a colonial regime. Settler attacks peaked in Ramallah (195), Nablus (179) and Hebron (126). Olive pickers were frequently targeted and 1,200 olive trees were uprooted, destroyed or poisoned across multiple governorates. Settlers attempted seven new outposts since October while plans advance for 1,985 new settlement units.
