"Iran's attacks on neighboring countries were premeditated and what we are witnessing now confirms this. I would hope that they understand the message of the meeting today, recalculate quickly and stop attacking their neighbors. We are going to use every lever we have, political, economic, diplomatic ... to get these attacks to stop."
"If Iran doesn't stop immediately, I think there will be almost nothing that can re-establish trust. This pressure from Iran will backfire politically and morally. Certainly we reserve the right to take military actions if deemed necessary."
Saudi Arabia's foreign minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan called on Iran to stop attacking neighboring Gulf countries, characterizing the attacks as premeditated despite Iran's claims they target US military bases. Speaking after talks with foreign ministers from Arab and Islamic nations in Riyadh, bin Farhan stated Saudi Arabia would employ political, economic, and diplomatic measures to halt the attacks. He warned that continued Iranian aggression would damage trust irreparably and backfire politically and morally. Saudi Arabia reserves the right to take military action if necessary. The Saudi Defense Ministry reported intercepting four Iranian ballistic missiles targeting Riyadh, though residents heard explosions for the first time since the conflict began.
