Iranian attack drones targeted Saudi Arabia and Kuwait early Sunday. Saudi Arabia intercepted at least 15 drones attempting to attack Riyadh's diplomatic quarter. Kuwait's air defenses responded to drone and missile threats, intercepting at least three ballistic missiles and protecting fuel tanks at the international airport. Civilian facilities sustained damage from debris and fragments. Despite Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian's Saturday apology to neighboring countries, he maintained Iran's right to defend itself against US-Israeli attacks. Pezeshkian stated Iran's retaliation campaign targeted Israel and US military installations.
