US top diplomat Marco Rubio said an Iran deal could “take a few days.” Rubio’s comments came after US strikes were launched in southern Iran. In Lebanon, Israeli forces began operating beyond the “Yellow Line” in south Lebanon, according to military sources. Israel and Hezbollah continued exchanging fire despite a ceasefire in effect since April 17. Israeli troops had previously operated inside the “Yellow Line,” where large-scale demolitions occurred.
