Two gunmen carried out a shooting at the Ramot junction in Jerusalem, killing four men. One victim was in his 50s and three were in their thirties. Five people were taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. Police shot and killed the two attackers at the scene. Israel has intensified strikes on Gaza City, with residential high-rises and dozens of buildings destroyed by airstrikes and demolitions. Israel's defence minister warned of devastating strikes and demanded the release of hostages and the surrender of Hamas fighters. Residents in Gaza City have been urged to move south ahead of a possible ground offensive.
