A government document records at least 42 million (approx. $49 million) spent across platforms like YouTube and X since mid-June 2025. On August 22, paid videos on the verified Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs YouTube channel denied a Gaza famine, showing market footage and stating "There is food in Gaza. Any other claim is a lie." Ads were targeted to viewers in Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, the UK, and the US.
