Angola is an energy giant and logistics hub that has signaled intentions to diversify its economy and attract foreign investment. High-level visits and Angola's 50th independence celebrations drew global leaders, and about 47 heads of state and government will attend the AU-EU Summit in Luanda to deepen cooperation.
