Ripley will challenge WWE women's champion Jade Cargill, while Orton will face the winner of McIntyre versus Rhodes. CM Punk retained the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Bálor, and AJ Lee won the Women's Intercontinental Championship by defeating Becky Lynch. Ripley's victory was predictable but necessary, as she represents the roster's biggest star and deserves a world title match at WrestleMania.
