Sophia Wilson and Tierna Davidson are back on the USWNT roster for matches against Japan after over a year away. Wilson last played in late 2024, scoring three goals at the Olympics. She missed the entire 2025 NWSL season due to maternity leave. Davidson last played in February 2025 and returned from an ACL injury at the start of the 2026 NWSL season. The USWNT will face Japan three times from April 11-17, presenting a significant challenge for the team.
