Reserve Maya Caldwell scored 16 points as the Minnesota Lynx beat the Toronto Tempo 100-72 in Minneapolis. The Tempo suffered their worst loss and dropped to 3-3 after winning two straight. Minnesota received additional scoring from Courtney Williams with 15 points, rookie Olivia Miles with 14, and Natasha Howard and Kayla McBride with 13 each. Kia Nurse led Toronto with 23 points off the bench, while Kiki Rice added 11. Minnesota shot 55% and held a 46-25 rebounding advantage, outscoring Toronto 42-24 in the paint. Minnesota also built a 27-14 lead after one quarter and led 53-32 at halftime, extending to 76-50 after three quarters.
