Jay Vine of UAE Team Emirates-XRG executed a well-timed attack in the final kilometre to secure victory in stage 3 of the Tour de Romandie. This marks his third win of the season and his first WorldTour victory in over two years. Movistar's Iván Romeo was instrumental in leading the pack but faltered, allowing Vine to sprint ahead decisively and finish solo, just two seconds ahead of Lenny Martinez. He also ensured his teammate João Almeida maintained a strong position, finishing third in the stage.
