Samsung has temporarily opened up its Care+ program for select devices, including the Galaxy S25 series, Z Fold6, Z Flip6, and Tab S10 models, until June 15. Usually, Care+ was available only at the time of purchase. Customers must ensure their devices are in good condition, as a video call will be used to verify this. The service provides extensive coverage including theft, loss, and same-day repairs, all performed by certified technicians using genuine Samsung parts, across more than 700 locations in the US.
Normally, Samsung Care+ could only be purchased when acquiring a new device, but theyâve now opened access to it for some devices until June 15.
To subscribe to Samsung Care+, your device must be undamaged; verification is done through a video call.
The service offers both theft and loss protection, unlimited repairs, and same-day services at over 700 authorized locations in the US.
