Kliff Kingsbury, the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders, has chosen to stay with the team rather than pursue other head coaching opportunities. He attributes his decision to the strong culture fostered by coach Dan Quinn and his desire to continue learning. Kingsbury is especially keen on developing quarterback Jayden Daniels, who is noticeably improving after an offseason focused on building strength. The team aims to enhance the offensive line, highlighting the importance of solidifying this area to remain competitive in the league.
You see in our division the team who just won the whole thing, they built it starting up front... to try and keep up with those type teams you gotta continue to do that and stock that room.
Dan Quinn has created a tremendous culture here, and he's excited about continuing to learn from this coaching staff.
Building the lines is a key to winning.
His arm strength is better. Last year's Offensive Rookie of the Year is determined to continue improving.
