Grain Management completed the sale of Hunter Communications, Oregon's largest privately owned fiber-optic internet provider, to Oak Hill Capital. The transaction closed in March 2026, following an announcement in December 2025. Under Grain's ownership, Hunter expanded its fiber network and upgraded infrastructure, improving service reliability and customer experience. CEO Michael Wynschenk praised Grain for its support in enhancing connectivity. Managing Director Michael McKenzie noted the sale reflects Grain's disciplined approach to value creation in digital infrastructure investments.
