Alexa Landestoy, the in-studio host for the Washington Capitals on Monumental Sports Network, has announced her maternity leave as she prepares for the arrival of her first child. With a due date in April, Landestoy has been a prominent figure in sports broadcasting since moving to DC in 2019 and looks forward to returning after her leave while sharing her hopes for her daughter's future as a Capitals fan.
It's been an exciting season for the Capitals and an exciting season for my husband and I as we are expanding our family.
