Ilya Protas, 19, was chosen as the Hershey Bears' lone representative at the AHL All-Star Classic in Rockford, Illinois, and is the first Bears rookie selected since Clay Stevenson in 2024. The selection was revealed during a pregame locker-room video when older brother Aliaksei Protas, a Washington Capitals forward, congratulated him on screen.
