Nintendo has enriched its Switch Online library with two beloved classic games: the 1994 version of Donkey Kong and the 1995 puzzle game Mario's Picross. Launched in time for Mario Day, Donkey Kong offers players about 100 engaging stages where Mario pursues Donkey Kong after he has kidnapped Pauline. Although it doesn't include Super Game Boy enhancements, it promises nostalgic enjoyment. Meanwhile, Mario's Picross presents a fresh gameplay experience, challenging players to solve hundreds of puzzles by chiseling blocks to reveal hidden images.
Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can now enjoy the classic Donkey Kong from 1994 alongside Mario's Picross, just in time for Mario Day on March 10.
Donkey Kong features roughly 100 stages, with Mario attempting to rescue Pauline after being kidnapped, building upon the beloved arcade classic.
While enhancements from the Super Game Boy aren’t included, players will still find revisiting Donkey Kong nostalgic and exciting.
Mario's Picross provides a different gameplay experience with hundreds of puzzles where players reveal secret images by chiseling away at boxes.
