Lost Fleas are scattered across the lower depths of Pharloom and must be located and collected by Hornet. The quest originates from a group of NPCs led by Fleamaster Mooshka at an encampment in The Marrow. From the lower section of The Marrow, climb upward past spike traps and moving platforms to reach the camp. A flea signboard appears on the left near the encampment entrance, marking the quest location. The encampment contains a bench for resting and replenishing health before beginning the long search for the scattered Lost Fleas.
