Two Years Later, Starfield Still Hasn't Given Me A Reason To Care
Briefly

Since the launch of Starfield, the appeal has waned significantly due to uninteresting survival mechanics and disappointing expansions. The player recalls joyful experiences but feels regret after losing extensive video captures due to storage limitations. The inability to engage further with the game's content has led to a reconsideration of its value, with an emphasis on the memories overshadowed by technical frustrations and missed opportunities in the game's expansive universe.
I haven't thought much about Starfield or the massive amount of capture I had until a friend told me he needed to clear space and thus deleted all of the videos.
Nothing I've heard of the game's singular expansion since its 2023 release...fill me with a desire to make space on my cluttered storage devices for its mammoth 120-plus GB install size.
